GitLab is seeking a Corporate Development Director to shape investment, acquisition, and partnership strategy for an AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You will lead market research, investment theses, and end-to-end M&A processes to support executive decisions.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to drive strategic clarity, diligence, and post-close integration in a fully remote, global environment.

Qualificações

• Experience leading acquisitions end to end in enterprise software.
• Ability to form a market point of view and test it against data.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executives and the Board.

• Own end-to-end deal process from outreach to close and integration.
• Lead research to frame GitLab's options in AI-powered DevSecOps markets.
• Provide clear recommendations and executive-ready strategy memos.
