Job summary

Finch is seeking a Client Success Manager (Performance Marketing) to own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end, shaping strategies and success plans tied to business KPIs, driving growth opportunities, and proactively managing retention and risk.

You will collaborate with specialists across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, DSP, Creative, Analytics to deliver measurable outcomes for a global client base while working remotely and overlapping US business hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Account Manager or Client Success Manager in performance/digital marketing (required).
• Primary POC for multiple client accounts simultaneously (required).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and optimization logic (required).
• Experience with paid advertising across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic/DSP (required).
• Proven track record of improving client retention or growing accounts (required).
• Fluent English, strong communication with senior stakeholders (required).
• Overlap with US business hours (required).
• SEO-driven accounts experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy and success planning with clients.
• Lead client relationships, recurring meetings, and next steps documentation.
• Drive account performance by interpreting ROAS, CPA, CAC vs. LTV, and organic growth.
• Identify and scope growth opportunities through tests and initiatives.
• Manage retention, renewal, and risk across a multi-client portfolio.
