HUP Network, a fast-growing performance advertising startup, is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow the network through new partnerships and strategic collaborations.

The role requires experience in business development, sales, partnerships, affiliate marketing, or adtech, with a strong track record in building pipelines and closing deals. This is a remote, full-time position offering growth and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in business development, sales, partnerships, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, adtech, or related commercial roles.
• Strong ability to build B2B outreach and relationships with advertisers, agencies, and partners.
• Proven capability to identify, approach, and qualify new partners independently.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; confident outreach and negotiation.
• Ability to assess revenue potential, partner quality, and fit; highly organized with CRM habits.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with proactive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research new potential business opportunities for HUP Network.
• Build and manage a pipeline of advertisers, agencies, publishers, affiliates, networks, and partners.
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, conferences, and other channels.
• Open conversations with decision-makers and qualify commercial potential.
• Present our network’s value proposition clearly and professionally.
• Lead discovery calls with potential partners and move opportunities toward deals.
