Job summary

Reach Digital, a fully remote AI-first performance marketing agency, is seeking a Creative Strategist. You will own the creative end-to-end, research ad angles, write hooks, and build creative briefs that editors execute, working directly with brand partners and growth/design teams.

The role requires 2+ years in digital marketing, an eye for converting content, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience
• Understanding of paid media and content that converts
• Enjoy brainstorming ad angles and bringing them to life
• Detail-oriented, organized; can manage multiple projects
• Willing to learn and give/receive feedback
• Able to communicate learnings with team and clients
• Passionate about creative strategy and staying updated on effective tactics

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance and brainstorm ad angles and hooks; write new briefs weekly for editing team
• Own creative strategy for brand partners with a living strategy doc tracking angles and tests
• Stay current on platform trends, winning ad formats, and policy changes; translate into testable concepts
• Collaborate with 3-5 brand partners at a time to deepen creative and develop winning ads
