Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Benelux Country Manager (Warehouse Automation) to own growth across the Benelux region. In this senior role you will drive revenue, convert opportunities into orders, and establish a robust partner/integrator network with a high degree of autonomy.

You will manage pipeline generation, deliver ROI-led proposals, and forecast accurately for leadership, collaborating with Marketing, Solutions and Project Management to shape local strategy.

Qualifications

• Senior sales background in warehouse automation / material handling (MHA, WMS, MHE).
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Comfortable owning a market, building partners, and selling value / ROI-led solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Benelux sales for warehouse automation and robotics solutions.
• Convert pipeline opportunities into order intake and provide accurate forecasting.
• Build and enable a partner / integrator network across the region.
• Develop a healthy pipeline across e-commerce, 3PL, pharma and retail.
• Remote-based anywhere in the Benelux, with travel for customer and partner meetings.
