Accept Mission is hiring a Business Development Representative for outbound EMEA. This remote role ( Europe, CET ±1h) is full-time in a B2B SaaS environment.

You will craft focused outbound campaigns, identify target organisations and decision-makers, and initiate conversations that turn cold accounts into qualified opportunities. You’ll research accounts, make cold calls, send emails and follow-ups, use AI and modern sales tools, and keep CRM data accurate while maintaining human, curious

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English essential.
• Based in Europe within CET time and available for full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Build focused outbound campaigns around EMEA markets.
• Research accounts and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Make calls, emails and follow-ups to start conversations.
• Qualify opportunities based on fit, problem and credibility.
• Keep CRM information accurate and analyze what works.
