Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking an Account Manager to cover the South of the Netherlands. You will own a well‑established customer base, build strong partnerships, and drive growth in a key territory with a focus on field sales and B2B relationships.

Ideal candidates bring experience in the Electronic Security industry or related technical B2B sectors, possess excellent communication skills, and hold a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• You will be experienced within a field sales role or have equivalent experience.
• You will be experienced in B2B sales environment.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Native level Dutch.
• Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Identify market potential, opportunities, and threats; monitor competitors and share insights.
• Analyse sales figures, spot key trends, and plan to hit turnover and margin goals.
• Plan appointments and convince customers to place more business with ADI; manage customers end-to-end to grow turnover and margin.
