Qualifications

• Dutch and English language proficiency, both verbal and written.

• Strong customer-facing communication skills via phone.

Responsibilities

• Handle structured acceptance, processing and handling of malfunction and service requests.
• Be the first point of contact (first line troubleshooting) from our headquarters in Tilburg.
• Resolve issues in collaboration with customers and colleagues.
• Monitor ticket turnaround times and identify recurring issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
