Jobgether in the Netherlands is seeking an Appointment Setter (Talent Acquisition) to drive candidate outreach and scheduling for DTC and ecommerce brands. This fully remote role offers collaboration with fulfillment, customer success, and interview teams and focuses on fast, accurate engagement.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong English communication, high organization, and ownership, with experience in outreach tools and CRM systems.

Competenze

• Experience in eCommerce, recruiting, staffing, or appointment setting is preferred.
• Excellent written English and professional communication with candidates.
• Comfort with high-volume daily outreach and handling multiple conversations.

Mansioni

• Contact candidates daily through LinkedIn and other platforms with personalized messages.
• Manage inbound replies and keep inbox zero with fast, professional responses.
• Qualify candidates via chat and short calls to assess interest and availability.
• Schedule qualified candidates into calendars.
• Track and update leads in Airtable, ClickUp, or designated systems.
• Use automated outreach tools together with manual follow-ups to maintain high response rates.
• Meet KPIs for response times, booked calls, and qualified conversations.
• Keep pipelines accurate and organized with regular follow-ups.
