Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Manager of Retail Paid Search to lead Amazon Sponsored Ads strategies for enterprise retail accounts. This role is an individual contributor position with potential coaching responsibilities as the team grows.

You will develop and execute paid search strategies, deliver timely reporting and insights, and collaborate across teams to drive client outcomes. This role supports the Retail Media practice expansion within a global and cross-functional DEPT® team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in paid marketing/ecommerce.
• Minimum 2 years in paid search.
• At least 2 years building paid search on Amazon.
• At least 2 years in client-facing engagements with a consultative approach.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central.
• Proven track record managing paid search for enterprise accounts.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital campaigns from conception to launch (Amazon focus).
• Manage and optimize sponsored campaigns.
• Monitor budget pacing and campaign performance; report insights.
• Coach juniors and contribute to team growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with client objectives.
• Support expansion of Retail Media practice within the team.
