Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Content Marketing Lead based in the Netherlands to shape the company’s AI-native content strategy across channels. You’ll drive flagship research, establish brand voice standards, and partner with executives, agencies, and freelancers in a highly autonomous role.

You’ll transform data and research into authoritative content that guides industry conversations and grows the business, spanning editorial, newsletters, podcasts, PR, and social channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in content, editorial, brand journalism in B2B tech.
• Proven success defining company or category narratives.
• Strong portfolio with external recognition.
• AI-first experience including agents, workflows, governance.
• Exceptional English writing, editing, sourcing and voice.
• Translate data/technical subjects into clear, relevant arguments.
• Influence across executives without formal authority.
• Build scalable content systems, roadmaps and standards.
• Operate autonomously with no direct reports.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English; reliable home internet.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term editorial and category strategy across functions.
• Establish narrative positions, language standards and evidence.
• Develop multi-year editorial roadmap with flagship research.
• Quality gate for voice, sourcing, and content quality.
• Design AI-powered research, brand voice, and verification systems.
• Govern AI usage: where AI leads vs human oversight.
• Create scalable editorial standards for multiple teams.
• Measure impact and continuously improve content systems.
• Lead executive publishing and strategic narratives.
• Build original research using proprietary data.
• Coordinate newsletters, podcasts, PR, events, social content.
• Align editorial decisions with business outcomes.
• Develop reporting and leadership insights.
• Identify trends and translate to strategy.
• Mobilize senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Define operating rhythms and shared standards.
• Shape long-term content capability roadmap.
