Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Content & Creative Marketer to build the content engine behind an AI-focused SaaS product. You’ll produce a high volume of organic content, short-form video, static assets, landing pages, and emails, using generative AI to scale while preserving quality.

With no prior creative function, you’ll own the whole scope from positioning and messaging to testing and optimization, operating in a hands-on, autonomous role on a part-time, 2.5-day-per-week schedule across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience producing marketing content and creative assets in a performance-focused context.
• Experience with SaaS products, startups, or fast-moving digital businesses.

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form vertical video creatives and static assets for paid social campaigns.
• Create organic content and adapt formats and messaging for different social platforms.
• Develop landing pages, email sequences, and other campaign assets.
• Use generative AI tools to produce video, images, and text at scale while maintaining quality.
• Define positioning and messaging for key personas, including learners and business audiences.
• Monitor trends and performance signals to inform future production.
• Collaborate with media buyers to craft briefs and test variations.
• Analyze performance metrics to guide creative decisions.
• Establish a feedback loop between results and next-gen concepts.
