Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Content and Social Media Manager based in the Netherlands to own the editorial calendar and drive content across blogs, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and sales materials.

You will craft long‑form and short‑form content, translate complex SME input into clear narratives, and lead social media execution across LinkedIn and other channels. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, data‑driven decisions, and collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing long‑form and short‑form content you wrote and published.
• Proven experience using LinkedIn as a B2B content/marketing channel.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with adaptable tone for different audiences.
• Ability to translate complex input from experts into clear content.
• Editorial judgment and willingness to experiment with formats and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven content decisions.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus (iGaming, esports, betting, gaming).
• Familiarity with AI in content workflows and localization tools is beneficial.
• Portfolio link with relevant work and case studies is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the editorial calendar across blogs, LinkedIn, email, website content and sales materials.
• Write and edit long‑form content, bylined pieces, data‑driven reports, and website copy.
• Transform input from internal experts into authoritative, accessible content.
• Lead day‑to‑day social media execution on LinkedIn and emerging channels.
• Develop and manage press releases related to product launches and partnerships.
• Coordinate press distribution with trade publications and external PR partners.
• Adapt video content for social media in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
• Monitor content performance and adjust editorial strategy based on results.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership, SMEs, traders, product managers and executives.
• Explore new content approaches, formats, tools and workflows.
