Keesing Media Group in Amsterdam seeks an AI Editorial & Creative Lead to bridge editorial craft and Generative AI. You’ll shape the AI roadmap across editorial, puzzle, design and studio teams, turning developments into practical use cases and hands-on AI applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in editorial, publishing, or content-driven environments.
• Proven engineering background with Generative AI integration.
• Experience building and testing AI workflows and APIs for content/visual production.
• Strong editorial mindset and quality-driven processes.
• Ability to think in systems and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI roadmap across editorial and creative workflows.
• Identify AI developments and translate into practical use cases.
• Provide hands-on AI use support in puzzle content, layout and visual production.
• Support studio workflows in image research, generation and visual development.
• Build AI knowledge via training, workshops, and documentation.
• Initiate pilots, evaluate results and scale successful applications.
