Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a closely related discipline.
• Ability to break down complex business processes into end-to-end workflows.
• Excellent analytical and questioning skills to uncover rules, exceptions, and dependencies.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset for how processes, data, apps and outcomes interact.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation and knowledge management.
• Ability to critically review AI outputs and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Structured, detail‑oriented, proactive and capable of challenging the status quo.
• Fashion-industry experience is not required; transferable process analysis experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes end to end, from triggers to outcomes, with ownership.
• Break processes into clear steps, rules, data needs, dependencies and edge cases.
• Identify relationships between processes and supporting systems.
• Convert knowledge into clear, reusable documentation and keep a knowledge base.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, redesign, optimise or automate existing processes.
• Analyse potential impact: time savings, fewer errors, lower costs.
• Design and refine TO-BE processes with owners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are implemented.
• Validate solutions and resolve edge cases and contradictions.
• Keep requirements and workflows updated as systems evolve.
• Leverage AI to structure interviews, map processes, identify gaps and manage knowledge.
• Identify where AI/automation reduces manual analysis while preserving quality.
• Measure improvements to confirm achievement of desired outcomes.
