BPM Company is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive digitalization projects for major clients in the Netherlands. You will connect business, processes and IT, shaping requirements and designs for practical, scalable solutions.

Join a collaborative team and work on challenging initiatives, with room for growth in Pega, BPM, low-code, AI and Robotics. Hybrid work from home, Utrecht office and client sites are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• A completed higher professional (HBO) or university degree.
• Experience analyzing, modeling and improving business processes.
• Affinity with IT, software development and digital transformation.
• Experience with Agile and/or Scrum.
• Ability to make complex information clear and understandable.
• Excellent Dutch language skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes from as-is to to-be.
• Ask probing questions to uncover real needs.
• Translate complex issues into clear requirements, user stories and functional designs.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder conversations.
• Bridge business with Pega developers and IT specialists.
• Ensure solutions are usable by the people who work with them.
• Explore how GenAI and Robotics can make processes smarter.
