OKX is seeking an Affiliate Business Development Manager for Western Europe, focusing on high-volume affiliates, trading communities and KOLs across the Netherlands and Western EU. You will onboard, manage, and scale partnerships to drive user growth and trading activity while collaborating with product and marketing teams.

The role demands solid affiliate marketing experience in crypto, strong relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset in a remote work setup.

Formación

• Solid affiliate marketing experience in cryptocurrency space.
• Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
• Strong project management skills across multiple priorities.
• Understanding of acquisition KPIs and optimization via data analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Goal-oriented with track record of achieving targets.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize revenue in the region by onboarding and retaining affiliates.
• Expand user base and raise OKX brand awareness.
• Recruit affiliates, KOLs, and trading/crypto communities; foster partnerships.
• Implement campaigns to drive measurable results: trading volume, users, activity.
• Manage relationships with local crypto influencers and partners.
• Initiate meetings with partners to expand cooperation locally and internationally.
• Collaborate with Product team to provide market insights for better offerings.
• Stay ahead of competitors to refine strategies and exploit market gaps.
