OKX is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to drive affiliate partnerships in the Netherlands and Western EU. You will lead affiliate recruitment, manage relationships with KOLs and trading communities, and collaborate with product teams to optimize offerings and growth.

• Solid affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space.
• Experience building large affiliate networks end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and KPIs.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets.
