Jobgether is seeking an Affiliate Manager for Spanish and LATAM markets, based in the Netherlands. The role focuses on growing partnerships, negotiating favorable terms, and expanding revenue across Spanish-speaking regions and LATAM in a fully remote setup.

You will manage a portfolio of affiliates, drive growth initiatives, and collaborate with an international team to optimize ROAS and AOV while maintaining brand standards.

Competenze

• At least 2 years' experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships.
• Experience building revenue-generating partnerships across international markets, especially Spanish-speaking regions.
• Native-level Spanish (C1+) and professional English (C1+).
• Experience with affiliate platforms, particularly Impact.
• Proficient with SEO tools, especially Ahrefs.
• Strong Excel and Google Analytics skills for data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Admin or related field.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Proactive and results-driven with solid project management.
• Data-driven decision making and measurable outcomes.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to accelerate revenue and expand market presence.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners and revenue opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic affiliates with quarterly growth roadmaps.
• Conduct regular strategic meetings including QBRs and MBRs with partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms to maximize profitability and affiliate performance.
• Monitor performance metrics (revenue, ROAS, AOV) and optimize campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing standards across channels.
• Identify trends and opportunities in technology and travel sectors.
