Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is sourcing a Reliability Engineer for opportunities in Holland, MI. This role focuses on developing predictive and preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life and minimize downtime.

You will lead RCAs, apply reliability tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize uptime. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in manufacturing reliability engineering, hands-on CMMS experience (SAP PM, Maximo, or Infor EAM), and a strong grounding in vibration

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on reliability engineering.
Proficient in reliability tools and methodologies (FMEA, RCA, Weibull).
Experience with CMMS/EAM systems for tracking maintenance activities and asset performance.
Knowledge of vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis for predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
Optimize maintenance procedures and recommend design improvements for reliability enhancement.
Utilize data analytics and statistical methods to identify trends and predict equipment failures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment uptime and asset performance.
Manage CMMS for asset tracking and work order management.
