Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on reliability engineering.
• Proficient in reliability tools and methodologies (FMEA, RCA, Weibull).
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems for tracking maintenance activities and asset performance.
• Knowledge of vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis for predictive maintenance.

• Strong understanding of asset management principles and predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems for tracking maintenance activities and asset performance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies like Apollo RCA, FMEA, or 5-Why.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python) for reliability data.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like SAP PM, Maximo, or Infor EAM.
