Job summary

NES Fircroft is looking for a Reliability Engineer in the Netherlands to ensure safety and reliability of production and utility equipment. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering and 5-8 years of experience in reliability or maintenance, particularly in regulated industries. Responsibilities include executing reliability programs, improving KPIs, and managing lifecycle risks. The position offers a 12-month contract with hybrid attendance, ideally 4 days on site, and a non-negotiable pay range of €34.26 to €36.06 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or asset management.
• Experience improving equipment reliability in regulated industries is a plus.
• Proactive, safety-focused, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reliability programs (RCM, FMEA, Weibull).
• Track and improve KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
• Lead RCA and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
