- Proven ability to manage contracts with third-party providers.
Responsibilities
- Drive O&M service business performance across safety, finance, and full maintenance scope.
- Own service relationships, ensuring clear communication and contract execution.
- Oversee safety culture via Fluence SMS and contract alignment with policies.
- Manage full lifecycle of service contracts from initiation to renewal/termination.
- Track vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Lead regional asset management and proactive maintenance strategies.
