Rise Technical in Amsterdam is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead the European service function for high-power charging systems. You will own day-to-day operations, spares, logistics and commissioning support from the Amsterdam hub, with scope to grow into a regional leadership role.

The ideal candidate has a strong electrical/power systems engineering background, experience with EV charging, and fluent Dutch and English. Driving licence is required and international training is provided.

Regional Service Manager (Electrical/Power Systems Engineering)

Are you a engineer with a strong electrical field service background, looking for a high-impact role with Share Scheme and International Training?

Do you want to take ownership of building out a European service function in a fast-growth, electrification-focused business?

This is a permanent position with a pioneering high-power charging organisation, offering the chance to take real responsibility and shape how service is delivered across Europe as the company scales.

You’ll be joining an innovative team solving a genuine infrastructure bottleneck, with a high-trust culture and the opportunity to have visible impact through end-to-end ownership and direct feedback into product improvement.

In this role you’ll act as the senior technical escalation point, enable service partners, and run day‑to‑day service operations from the Amsterdam hub including spares, logistics, and coordination from delivery through to commissioning support.

This role suits a professional motivated by building something and stepping into leadership over time, as the European service centre grows and develops into a wider regional team.
