Jobgether in the Netherlands seeks a Regional Product Manager for Engineering Plastics to lead a Europe-wide portfolio. You will own commercial strategy, profitability, pricing, and growth, while steering supplier relationships and cross-border negotiations.

You will drive market opportunities, expand distribution channels, and work with senior leadership on strategic portfolio decisions. This is a high-responsibility role with extensive travel across Europe.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in engineering plastics, polymer materials, or related technical distribution.
Proven track record of delivering revenue, margin, or market growth.
Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Fluent English; other European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own the commercial performance and strategic development of the Engineering Plastics portfolio across Europe.
Execute the European commercial strategy and translate business objectives into portfolio plans.
Manage margins, pricing strategy, and sales forecasting for portfolio profitability.
Develop and maintain relationships with international suppliers and lead negotiations.
Identify and develop new distribution channels and market opportunities across Europe.
Lead business development initiatives and manage key accounts across European markets.
Monitor market trends and customer needs to inform portfolio strategy.
Translate market intelligence into actionable commercial actions for growth.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute initiatives.
