Vanderlande is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to join the Enabling Functions team in Veghel. You will bridge payroll, finance and HR processes, advising stakeholders globally and driving end-to-end payroll improvements. Strong experience with Workday and global payroll projects is essential for success in a fast-growing, international environment. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and extensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with global multi-entity payroll implementations.
• Experience with HR and financial systems, especially Workday.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders across finance and beyond.
• Drive payroll process standardization and improvements.
• Collaborate with HR IT and payroll partner to deliver payroll solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance.
• Contribute to HR and finance architecture to align with business goals.
• Support Hire to Retire transformation projects.
