Job summary

Peddler is expanding its regional operations and seeks a capable manager to design, implement and standardise how hub networks operate. You will work with the Head of Operations to translate insights into clearer processes, tools and standards across multiple hubs.

The role emphasizes structured process thinking, field operations know-how, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-growing delivery network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, engineering, ecommerce or supply chain management.
• Experience coordinating teams across locations or operational areas.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery operations across active cities, identifying issues impacting service quality or cost.
• Collaborate with Hub Managers to ensure consistent day-to-day execution and performance.
• Own core operational initiatives and drive rollout of standardized processes across hubs.
• Develop and maintain clear SOPs and operating standards for network scalability.
