Peddler is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to bridge hubs and HQ, designing, improving and standardising how our hubs operate across the network. You will work with Hub Managers to translate insights into clearer processes, SOPs and operating standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, logistics, engineering, ecommerce or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of owning day-to-day operations and coordinating teams across locations.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery operations across active cities; resolve issues affecting service quality or cost.
• Collaborate with Hub Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day execution and consistent performance.
• Own core operational initiatives and act as a key contact for hub-related topics.
