Job summary

Peddler in the Netherlands is hiring a hub coordinator to support our fast, sustainable last-mile delivery network in Rotterdam. You will help keep the hub running, support riders, and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with evenings and Saturday work, have good English, and pay attention to quality and safety. Physical fitness and a proactive, structured mindset are a must.

Qualifications

• Availability on evenings and Saturdays.
• English at B2 level; Dutch not required.
• Strong focus on quality, safety and security rules.
• Able to walk and lift; physically fit.
• Disciplined, organized and able to focus for long periods.
• Experience in a hub or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication between the hub and our headquarters.
• Close the hub and ensure everything is tidy and ready to go for the next shift.
• Support the team with onboarding, problem-solving, and answering their questions.
• Quality (and quantity!) control for irregularities.
• Track hours, shifts, and KPIs for our biggest hub.
• Keep the hub running smoothly by fixing processes and removing blockers.

This role may require availability on evenings or mornings and every Saturday.

What you'll do

Our hubs keep the engine up and running: from supporting our riders to handling the bikes, and ensuring no package is lost in the shuffle. You will:

• Lead communication between the hub and our headquarters.

• Close the hub and ensure everything is tidy and ready to go for the next shift.

What you'll need

• Availability on evenings/mornings (4 weekdays + every Saturday).

• B2-levelEnglish (Dutch is nice but not necessary!)

• An eye for quality, safety, and following all security-related rules.

• To be physically fit: you will be walking and lifting a lot.

• Discipline, good organisational skills, and the ability to focus for long periods of time.

• Previous experience working in a hub / logistics would be nice (but not necessary!)

• Any relevant certificate (EPT, forklift, etc.) would be nice.
