Job summary

Connect Group is seeking a Regional Financial Controller to strengthen governance and financial controls across the business in the Netherlands. You will design and embed future control processes while ensuring robust internal governance.

In this role, you will oversee balance sheet reviews, group consolidations under IFRS/local GAAP, and the full annual audit process. The ideal candidate has ACCA or equivalent and 5–6 years of relevant experience, with Dutch GAAP knowledge and Dutch tax insight.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACCA or equivalent.
• 5–6 years of financial experience.
• Strong Dutch GAAP knowledge and local tax rules.
• Proficient in NetSuite; IT skills including MS Office 365.
• Fluent English; Dutch preferred; right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assurance on financial controls and governance across the organisation.
• Oversee monthly balance sheet reviews and group consolidations in line with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Manage the complete annual audit process with group auditors and statutory accounts filing.
