Job summary

Resideo is seeking a Financial Country Controller to own financial control and reporting across Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK. You will ensure compliance with US GAAP, local GAAP and statutory requirements while partnering with business leaders, Tax, Treasury and external auditors.

Based in Amsterdam or Emmen with remote options up to 2 days per week, you will drive monthly close, statutory reporting and in-country tax processes, shaping governance during a period of transformation across

Qualifications

• Experience in controllership, accounting and auditing.
• Degree in business/finance or qualified accountant.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience managing monthly accounting cycle and statutory reporting.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Statutory reporting and audits for multiple entities across regions.
• Review and approve high-risk balance sheet reconciliations and manual journal entries.
• Support payroll, VAT and local tax filings and reconciliation work.
• Participate in monthly operating reviews to understand P&L and balance sheet activities.
• Collaborate on in-country legal entity changes and site migrations.
• Partner with Corporate Tax on tax-led initiatives and audits.
• Drive process improvement and automation across controllership processes.
