Job summary

Exclusive Networks Netherlands is seeking a Financial Controller to manage the general ledger accounting, month-end close, and monthly reporting. You will perform intercompany reconciliations and assist with tax filings in a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Accounting degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience, is fluent in English (Dutch a plus), and can work 32–40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or within an accounting firm.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in Dutch is highly appreciated but not mandatory.
• Availability to work between 32 and 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Managing the general ledger accounting and month-end closing processes.
• Ensuring accurate information is available for monthly reporting.
• Performing intercompany reconciliations and preparing tax filings.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Contributing to internal control procedures and policies.
