Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a talented Financial Controller in the Netherlands to oversee efficient financial administration, manage the general ledger, and drive accurate month-end closings. You will ensure timely monthly reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and tax filings within a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in a similar role, strong accounting knowledge, fluency in English (Dutch a plus), and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in a similar role or within an accounting firm.

Responsibilities

Managing the general ledger accounting and month-end closing processes.
Ensuring accurate monthly reporting.
Handling intercompany reconciliations and tax filings.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Conducting financial analyses to identify trends and variances.
Contributing to internal control procedures and policies.
Supporting ad hoc projects within the finance team.
