Job summary

SANY Group seeks an experienced Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager to design, implement and improve C&B practices across Europe. The role focuses on European C&B, including salary structures, annual salary reviews, bonuses, benefits, payroll coordination and benchmarking.

It also acts as a regional HR compliance interface, supporting HR teams, Finance, Payroll, Legal and leaders across several European countries. Strong collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR operations.
• Experience in multinational or international organizations with multiple countries.
• Solid understanding of European compensation and benefits practices.
• Experience with salary benchmarking, salary structures and employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and improve C&B policies, processes and frameworks across European operations.
• Coordinate the annual salary review, bonus and incentive processes across European entities.
• Maintain and develop regional salary structures, job grading, salary ranges and compensation guidelines.
• Conduct market benchmarking and provide recommendations on salary competitiveness and compensation positioning.
• Support compensation analysis for new hires, promotions, transfers and internal movements.
• Review and manage employee benefits including company cars, allowances, insurance, pension, meals and other local benefits.
• Ensure alignment between global compensation policies and local European market practices.
• Provide C&B analysis and recommendations to HR management and business leaders.
• Prepare regular regional C&B reports and analysis, including headcount and costs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for compensation data.
