Job summary

Horizon3 is expanding its Commercial team from Amsterdam to grow the DACH and broader EMEA markets. You will build relationships with customers and partners, generate new logo momentum, and work closely with a cross-functional team to expand Horizon3’s reach.

The role requires a builder mindset and strong market insight to scale a new category in-region. We seek experienced commercial sellers who can navigate complex markets, collaborate with MSSPs and distributors, and drive pipeline while

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of closing experience in IT or cybersecurity sales.
• Native-level fluency in German, plus strong English.
• Experience in commercial or mid-market sales, ideally across multiple markets.
• Confidence working with partners, distributors, MSSPs, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Commercial business in assigned markets through strong customer engagement, partner collaboration, and market execution.
• Create new logo momentum and build pipeline tailored to the local market.
• Manage opportunities with clear ownership and diligent follow-through.
• Collaborate with partners, distributors, MSSPs, enterprise sellers, and Sales Engineers.
• Contribute to partner and territory plans and translate them into action.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Channel, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and leadership to move the business forward.
• Provide market feedback to the business and represent Horizon3 in front of customers.
• Continue building capability, product knowledge, and commercial effectiveness over time.
• Travel in-region as part of the role.
