Job summary

Geely Europe is seeking a (Senior) Finance Business Partner to support growth and financial performance in the Netherlands. You will work with business leaders and cross‑functional teams to deliver insights, drive cost efficiency, and inform strategic decisions.

In this role you will lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and partner on investment cases, while strengthening financial controls and processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Financial Controlling, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to translate financial data into business insights and recommendations.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders, challenge assumptions constructively, and influence decision‑making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or multinational business environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a (Senior) Finance Business Partner to support our business growth and financial performance in the Netherlands. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights, drive cost efficiency, and support strategic and operational decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and financial planning processes in alignment with business objectives.
