Strong relationship, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own and manage West Holland and Utrecht regional accounts, driving revenue growth.
Develop account plans with Sales Manager and cross-functional teams.
Lead sales activities including prospecting, visits, needs assessments, and negotiations.
Ensure accurate forecasts and align with Demand Planning and Supply Chain.
Provide market insights and maintain CRM records with high-quality reporting.
