Job summary

Creative Fabrica is seeking a Reddit & Community Operator to drive presence across Reddit and other online communities. You will identify where audiences spend time, understand each community’s culture and rules, and participate actively with useful, non-promotional content.

The role is full-time and in-office at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days. You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to expand product visibility in relevant communities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of internet-native experience in community or growth roles.
• Deep understanding of Reddit dynamics, karma, and rules.
• Experience with Discord, forums, or similar online communities.
• Proven ability to create content or participate for organic engagement.
• Strong written English with adaptable tone for different communities.
• Ability to run multiple experiments and analyze results.

Responsibilities

• Own our community presence across Reddit and other relevant online communities.
• Map where our users hang out and understand culture, rules and language of each community.
• Join conversations genuinely and contribute useful information, not promotion.
• Create original posts around community interests: use cases, comparisons, workflows and results.
• Run creative experiments and test new communities, formats, and initiatives.
• Build relationships with moderators, community owners and power users to open opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and the design team to introduce new products to communities.
• Listen to feedback and surface competitive insights to the company.
• Track reach, engagement and referrals, then document winning approaches for scaling.
