Job summary

Creative Fabrica is seeking a passionate social media marketer to lead our voice on LinkedIn, X, Instagram and YouTube from Amsterdam. This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with 30 work-from-anywhere days per year.

You will write captions for product launches and educational content, respond to comments, and manage the publishing calendar and product-announcement emails. A genuine marketing obsession, excellent copywriting and platform fluency—especially for generative AI—are

Responsibilities

• Write copy that makes people care for product launches and educational content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and YouTube.
• Be the voice behind our accounts: respond to comments, answer questions and keep conversations going.
• Identify conversations beyond our posts and join in with timely, relevant replies to raise brand awareness.
• Own publishing calendar: manage timings, check links, captions, tags and time zones before going live.
• Create product-launch emails: write, build and schedule emails coordinating with the launch team.

Creative Fabrica is a fast-growing AI platform that makes it easy for everyday consumers to create whatever they imagine, from images and videos to audio and 3D creations, using the latest generative AI models.

About the role

This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with 30 work-from-anywhere days per year.

We’re looking for someone who LOVES marketing, lives and breathes social media and gets genuinely excited about generative AI. You follow brands because their marketing is brilliant, send standout posts to your friends and read the comments because sometimes the best marketing happens there. You get the references and know the difference between a brand getting it right and trying too hard.

You’ll write compelling captions for our product launches and educational content, knowing exactly how to adapt your voice for LinkedIn, X, Instagram and YouTube. You’ll be the voice behind our accounts, but you won’t wait for people to come to us. You’ll respond to comments, spot conversations worth joining and jump in with sharp, timely replies that get Creative Fabrica noticed.

Behind that creative energy, you’re exceptionally organized and precise. You’ll own our publishing calendar and write, build and schedule product-announcement emails. You care as much about the correct link and launch time as the perfect caption. Every post and email goes out correctly and on time.

What you will do

• Write copy that makes people care: Write compelling captions for product launches and educational content, adapting your language and tone for LinkedIn, X, Instagram and YouTube.
• Be the voice behind our accounts: Respond to comments, answer questions and keep conversations going with personality, product knowledge and a genuine understanding of the audience.
• Create conversations beyond our own posts: Get Creative Fabrica noticed by finding relevant conversations beyond our own posts and jumping in with sharp, timely replies. Know when to be playful, helpful or leave a conversation alone.
• Own publishing, down to the minute: Manage our social publishing calendar, coordinate timings with the teams and schedule every post. Check captions, links, tags, formatting and time zones before anything goes live.
• Bring product launches to the inbox: Write, build, check and schedule product-announcement emails that get people excited to create, coordinating every send with the launch team.

What you will need

• A genuine marketing obsession: You follow brands because their marketing is brilliant, get the references and can explain why a post or reply works. You understand audiences, not just trends.
• Excellent copywriting: You write compelling product copy, memorable captions and natural replies, with excellent English and examples that show your range.
• Deep platform fluency: You understand the different audiences, conventions and tones of LinkedIn, X, Instagram and YouTube. You know when a brand is getting it right and when it’s trying too hard.
• Real enthusiasm for generative AI: You actively follow AI tools, creators and developments, understand the creative possibilities and love talking about them. You can contribute to conversations, not just repeat announcements.
• Exceptional precision and ownership: You’re organized, punctual and reliable. You take deadlines seriously and care as much about the correct link and scheduled time as the perfect caption.

Nice to have

• Experience running social accounts for an AI, technology or creator-focused brand.
