Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is expanding its Mid‑Market international team in Amsterdam to grow the DACH market and bring Reddit ads to new high‑potential clients. The role requires in-person attendance at our Amsterdam office and a proven track record in online media sales.

You will own your book of business, forecast revenue, and collaborate with Sales Ops and Account Managers to build mutually beneficial partnerships. Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in online media sales.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape with a broad DACH client network.
• Experience using New Business tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce, etc.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
• Experience with new business acquisition and unstructured environments.
• Users‑first orientation and team player attitude.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to new high‑potential clients and build mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Own your book of business, forecast revenue, and maintain operational rigor.
• Develop a sales pipeline with Sales Ops Lead and drive outbound efforts.
• Provide feedback on sales processes, narratives, and products to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to align Reddit offerings with client goals.
