Job summary

Creative Fabrica in Amsterdam is hiring a Reddit & Community Operator to own our presence across Reddit and other online communities. You’ll identify where our audiences spend time, understand each community’s culture, participate actively, and craft content that resonates without overt promotion.

You will test new communities, scale tactics that work, and collaborate with Product Marketing and the design team to introduce products to communities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of internet-native experience in community growth roles.
• Deep Reddit fluency with understanding of subreddits, karma and rules.
• Broad understanding of Discord, forums and other online communities.
• Proven experience of creating content or participating to generate organic engagement.
• Strong written English and adaptable copywriting for diverse communities.
• Strong judgment and instinct for internet culture; avoid spam.
• Experience with experimentation and analytics to measure what works.

Responsibilities

• Own our community presence across Reddit and other online communities.
• Identify where users hang out and understand each community's culture and rules.
• Participate genuinely and add value rather than promote.
• Create community-native content for specific communities.
• Run creative experiments and test new communities and formats.
• Build relationships with moderators and power users and explore AMAs, partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and design to launch products to communities.
• Listen, monitor conversations and surface feedback and insights.
• Measure reach and engagement and scale winning approaches.
