Amoria Bond is seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Manager in Amsterdam to lead a hands-on, 360° contract recruitment desk while building and mentoring a team of consultants within the Advanced Engineering and Technology sectors.

You will cultivate client relationships, scale niche markets across Benelux, DACH, Nordics or France, and progress toward strategic leadership as your team grows and delivers consistent results.

For more than 20 years Amoria Bond has been supporting companies worldwide with highly skilled freelance specialists across the Advanced Engineering and Technology sectors.

Following strong growth in our Amsterdam office, we are looking for an experienced 360° contract recruiter who is ready to take the next step in their career and build a team around their own market.

This role is designed for someone who is already running a successful recruitment desk and wants to combine hands‑on billing with leadership and team development.

The Role

As a hands-on Recruitment Team Manager, you will continue to operate your own contract recruitment desk while building and developing a team of consultants within your market.

You will play a key role in expanding one of our core business areas while mentoring the next generation of recruiters.

Over time, as your team grows and performs consistently, you will have the opportunity to transition into a more strategic hands‑off leadership position.

Your Responsibilities

• Running a 360° contract recruitment desk within the Advanced Engineering or Technology sector
• Building long term relationships with clients and freelance consultants
• Developing and scaling a niche contract market within Benelux, DACH, Nordics or France
• Hiring, mentoring and developing junior recruitment consultants
• Driving performance through coaching, training and structured development
• Acting as a key stakeholder within the business, sharing market insights and contributing to growth strategies
• Taking ownership for the performance and growth of your team and business unit

What We Are Looking For

• Proven 360° recruitment experience within an agency or consultancy environment
• Strong experience within contract/freelance recruitment
• A track record of building and managing client relationships and recruitment pipelines
• Leadership potential and motivation to develop and mentor others
• Strong commercial mindset and resilience in a fast paced sales environment
• Fluent English (Dutch or German is advantageous but not required)
• Amsterdam based and able to work office based
