Job summary

CWS Cleanrooms is seeking a senior recruiter to lead international recruitment efforts in the Netherlands. You will own the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to interviewing, shaping recruitment strategies and collaborating with global teams.

Fluent in Dutch and English, you will manage multiple markets with a focus on high-quality hires and KPI-driven processes, supported by flexible/hybrid work arrangements and onboarding from day one.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in white-collar recruiting, including interviewing and active sourcing.
• Leadership experience in international teams.
• Strong market understanding and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Xing, and other channels and develop target-group-specific recruiting strategies.
• Own the entire candidate lifecycle from screening applications to qualifying interviews and offer stages.
• Optimize recruiting processes and track KPIs to improve efficiency and impact.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and participate in global recruitment projects.
