Job summary

Role Description

The Recruiter role at Carrière Uitzendbureau is a full-time, on-site position based in Berkel en Rodenrijs. In this role, the Recruiter actively sources, screens, and interviews candidates for a variety of client assignments, ensuring strong matches between candidate skills and client needs. The Recruiter manages job postings, updates candidate records, and coordinates the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and supporting onboarding. Day-to-day activities include maintaining close contact with clients and temporary workers, advising clients on recruitment needs, and monitoring ongoing placements to ensure productive working relationships. The Recruiter also contributes to improving recruitment processes, supports local business development efforts, and collaborates with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or staffing, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, ideally within an agency or HR environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain long-term partnerships with clients and temporary workers.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, and the ability to conduct professional conversations with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort with using applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office tools, and other digital recruitment platforms.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on matching, service quality, and measurable performance improvements for clients.
• Ability to work independently on-site in Berkel en Rodenrijs while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant education in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in the staffing or temp agency sector is an advantage.
