Job summary

ASML Germany GmbH is seeking a Service Center Coordinator to coordinate daily manufacturing activities and lead a production team across shifts. You will resolve technical issues, ensure material availability and quality, and support new product introductions in a precision environment.

You will drive improvements, maintain clear handovers, and collaborate with planning, engineering, and logistics to sustain safe, reliable production across locations.

Qualifications

• Practical manufacturing knowledge and ability to coordinate others while remaining hands-on.
• Experience with precise tooling and controlled manufacturing procedures.
• Experience coordinating work in production or technical service environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities and maintain production progress.
• Lead the work area and represent the team in technical/operational matters.
• Resolve technical issues and escalate risks to supporting departments.
• Check materials, tools, equipment, and products for availability and quality.
• Support new product/process introductions by following testing/production requirements.
• Identify recurring shop-floor issues and drive safety, quality and efficiency improvements.
• Record production information and provide accurate shift handovers and reports.
