Job summary
CBRE Investment Management seeks an Investment Analyst based in Amsterdam to support cross-border real estate transactions across industrial, residential, office, retail and alternatives. Qualifications
- 12+ months of experience in real estate investment or commercial property.
- Experience across multiple property sectors preferred.
- Understanding of investment structuring (equity, debt, fund vehicles).
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial underwriting of acquisition opportunities across sectors.
- Build and refine asset-level financial models in Excel with stress testing.
- Conduct occupier, market and lease covenant analysis; assess re-letting risk and capex needs.
- Structure deals considering equity, debt, tax and fund vehicles to optimise investor returns.
- Prepare investment appraisals and IC papers with clear investment theses and risks.
- Assist in drafting Investment Committee reports and sensitivity analyses.
- Undertake buy/hold/sell analysis on portfolio assets and track deal pipelines.
- Collaborate with legal, tax and debt advisory teams to optimise deal structures.
