CBRE Investment Management is seeking an Investment Analyst based in Amsterdam to underwrite opportunities across industrial, residential, office and retail real estate. The role spans cross-border activities, involving modelling, market analysis and preparation of IC papers.
The candidate will develop analytical tools and AI-driven outputs, support deal execution, and contribute to the evolution of the team’s data-driven decision making within a dynamic European platform.
Formación
- Minimum 12 months of relevant work experience in real estate investment or commercial property.
- Experience across multiple commercial property sectors preferred.
- Understanding of investment structuring (equity, debt, fund vehicles).
- Strong underwriting and analytical skills with AI tool familiarity.
Responsabilidades
- Lead financial underwriting of new acquisition opportunities across sectors.
- Build, own and refine asset-level financial models and conduct market analysis.
- Prepare investment committee materials and risk assessments.
- Support deal structuring, equity/debt considerations, and portfolio tracking.
