Job summary

Vastgoed Nederland seeks a Financial Analyst to monitor the financial performance of its real estate investment fund, collaborating with finance, legal and asset management to understand value creation and sustainability. You will analyze performance, build and maintain financial models, prepare investor reports and support governance within an international real estate environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience and a bachelor’s/master’s in a related field, with fluent English; Dutch

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in fund management or finance, ideally in real estate.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Law.
Strong understanding of fund structures, financial reporting and compliance.
Highly organized, analytical and structured; clear communicator.
Experience in an international environment and familiarity with European real estate markets.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyse the financial performance of the real estate investment fund
Build and maintain financial models, budgets and forecasts
Prepare fund reporting, investor reports and performance presentations
Contribute to cash flow forecasting and risk analysis
Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders
Support legal and regulatory compliance for fund operations and governance
Propose process improvements to improve reporting and operations.
