Job summary

The Social Hub in Amsterdam seeks an Investment Analyst to shape Europe expansion through financial modeling, market insights and deal support. You will work at the center of our Investment team, evaluating acquisitions and guiding transactions from pitch to close.

We value strong modeling skills, real estate knowledge, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic decisions. This role offers exposure to international assets and potential for career growth.

Qualifications

2–3 years in real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier business school in finance, real estate, economics, or business.
Master's degree or CFA/RICS progress is considered a strong plus.
Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel and real estate metrics.
Strong commercial instincts and ability to extract insights from market data.
Clear communication skills and ability to explain complex analysis to senior management.

Responsibilities

Build and update financial models (acquisition, development and operations) to evaluate cash flow, IRR, and return risks.
Track real estate and hospitality market trends to uncover key supply, pricing, and yield insights.
Coordinate due diligence with legal, tax, commercial, and technical teams.
Draft investment memos and decks for investment committee and leadership.
Support deal execution from screening through structuring, negotiations and close.
Assist with asset management, valuations, and investor materials for equity syndication.
Collaborate across development, finance, and operations and manage external stakeholders.
