Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration or a comparable discipline.
• Internship or initial professional experience in real estate, transactions, valuations, investment analysis, corporate finance or a related field
• Experience preparing financial models and analytical presentations is beneficial
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a solid understanding of financial modelling and valuation principles
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyse and model potential property acquisitions and disposals.
• Prepare and maintain financial models and transaction presentations.
• Support the full valuation process, including communication with external valuers and auditors.
• Maintain and update the transaction pipeline and valuation database.
• Participate in development projects, financing processes and strategic management matters.
• Implement and perform periodic controls of relevant internal processes.
• Provide financial and analytical support to transaction and valuation activities.
